If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place onion in TM bowl on 3 sec speed 7.
Scrape down sides and add butter.
Cook for 2 min 100 degrees speed 2.
Add mixed nuts and blend for 8 sec speed 7.
In a septerate jug or bowl combine the hot water, vegemite and vege stock and mix together. Add this mixture to the thermomix bowl.
Mix together for 10 sec speed 5.
Add bread crumbs and mixed herbs and mix on speed 4 for 5 sec.
Tip mixture into an oven proof tray or dish that as been greased and cook on 180 degrees for approx 40 min, or until top of slice is crunchy

Tip
This recipie can be made dairy free by replacing the butter with oil.
Just slice and serve once its cooked. You can top with relish.
