Mix

  • 100 g Caulifower
  • 2 carrots, Roughly chopped
  • 1 zucchini, Roughly chopped
  • 100 g pumpkin, Roughly chopped
  • 90 g Flour, Plain
  • 2 eggs
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all vegetables to the bowl and chop 10 sec / speed 7. Add longer if needed.

    Add flour, eggs and salt and pepper mix 8 sec / Counter-clockwise operation / speed 4

    Heat pan to medium heat with choice of oil if wanted (can be dry fried) 

    Spoon heaped tbsp of mix into pan and spread to flatten a little.

    Cook for 2 min each side or until golden brown

    Enjoy

Tip

This is great to use up those last lot of vegetable and can be mixed up with different types of vegetables also
