Rissoles
- 1 carrot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 brown onion
- 500 g mince
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoons Bbq sauce

- 1 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoons honey

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place carrot, garlic cloves, onion, zucchini, cheese in bowl and chop for 10 sec, sp5.
place mince, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, bbq sauce, tomato sauce, mustard and honey in bowl and mix together 30 sec, sp5. If it doesn't mix properly, I just use spatula to mix last bit together.
Form balls and then flatten and cook in frypan. This mixture made 16 rissoles.
