Caramilk Cookies

  • 265 g Flour, Plain
  • .5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 175 g Butter
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 110 g caster sugar

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Super Easy Caramilk Choc Chip Cookies!
  1. Prepare cookie trays with baking paper, and preheat your oven to 160*C Fan Forced.
  2. Melt butter
  3. Add all ingredients + melted butter into the TM bowl, reserving a small handful of the Caramilk Choc Chips for later.
  4. Blend 20 Seconds, *Reverse, Speed 4*
    Scrape down sides of bowl, and blend another 10 seconds *Reverse, Speed 4*
  5. Scoop mixture out onto prepared trays, leaving a 5cm gap between cookies.
    Press a few of the remaining choc chips into the top of each cookie.
  6. Bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from oven. Leave cookies to cool on their trays.
