Mixed Chilli Jam (HOT)

  • 10 piece chilli, fresh, red, green, jalapeno, birds eye, habanero etc. Halved and stalk removed
  • 200 grams brown onions, peeled, quartered
  • 4 clove garlic, skin removed
  • 250 grams brown sugar
  • 30 grams lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 55 grams red wine vinegar
  • 1 heaped tablespoons hoisin sauce

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into bowl
  2. Chop for 5 seconds, speed 5
  3. Cook for 50 minutes, 90 degrees using simmering basket instead of MC
  4. Pour into sterilized glass jars and seal immediately
  5. Allow to cool to room temp and refrigerate
