Ingredients

Avocado Dip

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 sping onion/shallots, trimmed and roughly chopped
  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 130 grams sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons TM mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish cream
  • dash Tabasco sauce

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place garlic and spring onion/shallots into mixing bowl and chop for 3sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  2. 2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend for 15sec or until desired consistency is acheived.
