Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic
  2. Insert lid and measuring cup and turn to speed 9 for 5 seconds
  3. Scape down sides and insert butterfly
  4. Add egg, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar and salt and pepper
  5. Insert lid and measuring cup and turn to speed 4 for 1 minute
  6. Turn to speed 4 for 4-6 minutes and add rice bran oil gradually to emulsify
  7. Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate. Makes 1 cup
