Recipe's preparation
- Add garlic
- Insert lid and measuring cup and turn to speed 9 for 5 seconds
- Scape down sides and insert butterfly
- Add egg, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar and salt and pepper
- Insert lid and measuring cup and turn to speed 4 for 1 minute
- Turn to speed 4 for 4-6 minutes and add rice bran oil gradually to emulsify
- Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate. Makes 1 cup
