Anchovy Butter

  • 125 grams unsalted butter, chopped
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 1 clove garlic
  • sprinkle of cayenne pepper
  • ground black pepper

Recipe's preparation

  1. Crush garlic in TMX bowl - 3-4 seconds at speed 7. 

  2. Add butter, anchovies and peppers.  

  3. Chop for 30 seconds on speed 8, until combined.

  4. Spread the butter on a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap and roll into a compact cylinder.

  5. Store the butter in the refrigerator or freezer. Cut off 1-inch slices as needed.


    Anchovy butter goes well on steak, tuna or toast.
