Artichoke and Hommus Dip with Dukkah
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can 400g chickpeas, Drained and Rinsed
- 2 level tablespoons tahini
- 1 jar 300gm Articokes,Marinated, Drained
- 60 grams lemon juice
- 20 grams olive oil
- 40 grams dukkah
- --- sea salt & Pepper
- --- olive, extra for garnish

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place garlic clove into "Closed lid" chop for 3sec/speed 7
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. - Add Chickpeas, Tahini, Articokes, Lemon Juice and olive oil.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Mix 15-20sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl.
Repeat 5-10sec/ speed7 and check until desired consistency is achieved.
Add tblsp water for a smoother texture consistency. - Place in a serving bowl.
Make a swirl pattern and drizzle olive oil.
Sprinkle the dukkah on top!
(This recipe will make aprox. 2.5 cups)
