    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place 1000 grams of water into the mixing bowl.
    place 18 eggs into the varoma and put onto the mixing bowl.
    cook for 16 minutes varoma temperatures speed 3
  2. Check one egg to see if it is hard boiled if not proceed to cook for another few minutes.
    once cooked peel the eggs
  3. Remove water from the bowl and place peeled eggs into the bowl along with the butter, milk, curry powder, salt and pepper.
    Mix 5 seconds Counter-clockwise operation speed 4.
    Enjoy on bread or in a salad box.
