this was a lovely flavour BUT it was incredibly d r y so i suggest using a full (juicy) lemon and 100grams of any yoghurt that takes your fancy. I am lactose intollerant so used LF Greek Yoghurt i also added some salt.

This dip is so popular, I make it every time I'm asked to bring a plate to share...It's easy and always a huge success! I always add about 100g of natural yoghurt to thin the dip out a bit though, otherwise it solidifies too quickly.

Love Divine!! Love this simple recipe that tasts soooo good, thank you for sharing tmrc_emoticons.)

I added a chilli and handful of basil for a bit of extra flavor and oil as well as the lemon juice as it was a bit dry.

    Cheers

  • The flavour is there. I made

The flavour is there. I made this for a party and it was a bit dry and kept breaking the biscuits. I think next time I make it I will use BOTH lemon juice and oil. I used the left overs as a pesto on pasta wth a dollop of cream cheese. Was yummy!

Better then store bought. I reduce the cheese a bit and still just as yummy.

  • Sorry but I didn't like this

    Submitted by sarahmelissa on 22. June 2014 - 06:55.

Sorry but I didn't like this at all, very dry, way too salty. I added some Greek yoghurt to try and fix it but it was still just as terrible, so it ended up in the bin. waste of time and ingredients for me tmrc_emoticons.(

  • This was a big hit at work as

This was a big hit at work as well as at a home BBQ...although, I added some natural Greek Yoghurt to make it a creamier texture because we felt it was a little dry (and difficult to 'dip' crackers into)...DELICIOUS flavour though!

Substituted cashews with macademia nuts as we had no cashews. Absolutely delicious!

    Submitted by sanlucale on 2. January 2012 - 12:14.

Very nice dip.  As i had some leftover I thought I would try adding some thick yogurt (made in the thermo).  Very refreshing.  Thanks for sharing.
