  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams pecorino cheese, small cubes
  • 50 grams romano cheese, small cubes
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, small cubes
  • 100 grams Basil leaves
  • 100 grams macadamia nuts, natural or salted
  • 100 grams olive oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic and all chesses in TM bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 7

    2.Add Basil, macadamia nuts and olive oil

    3.Turn dial to locked lid position and press turbo 3 times for 2 seconds each time



Accessories you need



Drizzle some extra olive oil on top of pesto when serving
