1 avocado, Ripe
3 tablespoon lemon juice, Fresh is always best
70 g mayonnaise, From EveryDay Cookbook
3 tablespoon buttermilk
2 --- Brown shallots
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves

Recipe's preparation

Creamy Ranch Salad Dressing

Place garlic, shallots, coriander leaves and black pepper into TM bowl. Mix for 5 seconds on speed 9. Scrape down sides with spatula. Mix again briefly if need to.

Add avocado, lemon juice, mayonnaise and buttermilk. Puree until smooth for 20-30 seconds on speed 9-10.

Check consistency and add a splash of water if a thinner dressing is desired.

Tip

Can chop and saute garlic and shallots only for 2-3 mins first with a tablespoon of oil (Grapeseed), then add coriander leaves and black pepper and continue.
