      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation

    Creamy Sweet Chilli Sauce
  1. Chop garlic, 3 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down side of the bowl.
    Add butter, and saute for 3 minutes/100/speed 1.
    Add flour, stock, water, cream and sweet chilli sauce. Mix for 5 seconds/speed 4, scrape down the bowl. Then cook 2 minutes/Varoma/speed 1.

    Cook for a further 30 seconds if you want the sauce to be extra thick.
