Fantastic Diane sauce. This recipe is a 10/10. I did not use brandy and I left the MC off for the last ten minutes. It was the perfect consistency and tasted sensational. This will be used for our steak nights from now on.

    Submitted by kate.lanham on 2. July 2016 - 21:49.

Soooo good. I used normal thickened cream and it turned out great. I also left the MC off for approx half of the cooking time just to thicken it up and it was a perfect consistency. A much more sophisticated version of my previous 'tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cream' go-to haha Thanks!
