Ingredients

Cookie butter

  • 1 level tablespoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 level teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.5 level teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 level teaspoon white pepper
  • 0.25 level teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cardamon
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 100 grams brown sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and blend for 5 seconds on speed 5.  Scrape down sides of bowl and mix for a further 5 seconds on speed 5.
