Recipe's preparation
- Place garlic and parsley into
"Closed lid" and blend
"Blend" sp 5 for
"Slow Cooking" 3 secs. Scrape down and repeat if necessary.
- Next, add butter, salt and pepper and blend
"Blend" sp 4 for approx.
"Slow Cooking" 20 secs or until well combined.
"Thickening" Use immediately or store in fridge and use within 3 days.
- Can also be frozen in plastic wrap in a log shape and then sliced as required.
