  • 100 g Raw nuts, cashews or walnuts work well

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).     Method
  1. 1. Add 80g Parmesan to bowl, chop 10 seconds, speed 9.
    2. Add fennel bulb, stalks and leaves. chop 10 seconds, speed 9
    3. Add all remaining ingredients and chop for another 10 seconds, speed 9.

Tip

Chop for less or more time, depending on preferred consistency.
