Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Add all ingredients except oil to thermomix bowl and process 10 seconds/speed 6. Scrap down side of the bowl. 


    2. Weigh out oil into a small measuring jug. While thermomix running at speed 5 with MC removed, slowly pour in olive oil. This should take approx 1min 30 seconds.

    Hi BJS. 

    I made this last night too and came up with a fail. I worked out it's because the recipe doesn't include anything with depth. I added mayonnaise (about a cup) and mixed it up. It thickened it up greatly.
