Garlic Salad Dressing

  • 300 g white vinegar
  • 300 g olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, (for instance scrapings of a jar)
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed gently
  • Seasoning (optional)

Recipe's preparation

    Garlic Salad Dressing

  1. Add vinegar and garlic cloves to the mayonnaise jar & shake to get it off sides of jar.

    Pour into TM & blend Speed 4, 10 secs until smooth.

    Add olive oil and salt/pepper/other seasoning to taste.

    Insert butterfly whisk and mix Speed 2, 20 secs until smooth.

Tip

Keeps in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. May need shaking before using if ingredients have separated.
