Green Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 10 g olive oil
  • 55 g fresh or tinned green peppercorns
  • 200 g pure cream
  • 5 g cornflour
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 4 sprig parsley

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place 1 tbsp of the green peppercorns and parsley into the TM bowl, chop for 10 sec/speed 7.

  2. 2. Add all remianing ingredients, except for the remaining peppercorns. Cook for 3 min/90degrees/speed 3.

  3. 3. Add remaining peppercorns and mix 10sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed.
