- 250 grams onions
- 150 grams white vinegar
- 150 grams White Sugar (I used raw)
- 30 grams Curry Powder (may use less /more)
- 25 grams turmeric
- 5 grams salt
- 65 grams cornflour
- 10 grams apricot jam

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Rinse green tomatoes under water Roughly chop tomatoes, add to the roughly chopped onions and cook 10 min on Varoma speed 2 on Reverse. Take care not to overcook the tomatoes; you want it to be al dente
Make the sauce while the onion and tomatoes cook: Mix remaining ingredients in a tablespoon of water (add more if need be)
Once tomatoes / onions has finished cooking – combined the sauce with the tomato and onion mix
Cook for a further 7 minutes on Varoma speed 2 on Reverse. Do not over-cook – again do not overcook [/size]

Tip
Wash your bottles and sterilize in the oven for at least at for half an hour at 100°C
Pour boiling mixture into sterilized bottles and seal
Store opened bottles in the fridge
