Hamish’s chimichurri
- 1 bunches coriander, Including stems and root. make sure you clean thoroughly.
- 1 bunches parsley, Including stems and root. make sure you clean thoroughly.
- 1 --- lime, cut into quarters (juice only required)
- 3 piece garlic
- 1 --- shallot, skin removed, cut in half
- 30 g olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 --- Green Chillies, deseeded if you want

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- This is my brother's recipe - so easy!
Chuck it all in and blend for 10 seconds on speed 7, scrape down and repeat. Add more olive oil if needed.
P.S. I am not a fan of parsley so I just do 2 bunches of coriander instead
Now we make the chimichurri!
