If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Add parmesan cheese grate 20sec/sp9
2. Empty parmesan cheese in a container/bowl to use later
3. Add chives, garlic, parsley and chop 10sec/sp7
4. Scrape down sides of bowl
5. Add reserve parmesan cheese, ricotta and mix 20sec/sp5
6. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary
7. Bake in ovenproof dish for 25/30mins on 200/180 (fan forced) until firm
Serve with biscuits or crusty bread
