1 can organic tinned tomatoes
2 Large Brown Onions
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons organic raw sugar
2 tablespoons himalayan pink salt
Half bottle tomato sugo/passata
3 tablespoons Tomato Paste.
40 g Olive Oil.

Recipe's preparation

Method:

Add onion and garlic to the thermomix bowel. Chop 3sec/sp3

Add olive oil and saute for 2.3mins/100deg/sp1

Add remaining ingredients and cook for 25mins/100deg/sp1

When the timer is finished slowly increase speed from 1 to 8 for 1min.

Place into sterlised jar.
