Recipe's preparation
1. Place Kale in varoma. Add 250g water to TM bowl and place varoma in position. Steam for 10 to 15mins on Varoma, speed 1.
2. Discard water from bowl and add all ingredients to TM bowl including kale. Blend on speed 6-7 for 30secs. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat until you achieve desired texture.
3. If freezing, divide mixture into chosen containers and coat with olive oil to stop pesto from drying out.

Its a good idea to let your Kale and bowl cool down before adding Parmesan. It melted slightly and I didn't like the consistency it made the Pesto.
