- 300 gram Raw Macadamia, Soaked for 4 hours
- 220 grams water
- 1 teaspoon Probiotic
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Blend nuts, water and probiotic 3 mins/speed 5 - until smooth
Place mixture into strainer, lined with cheese cloth and place weight on top (heavy enough to gently push excess water through)
Leave to culture for 24-48 hrs
Once culturing is complete mix salt, nutritional yeast & lemon juice 1 min/speed3
Transfer to cheese ring mould
Remove from mould and place in fridge or dehydrate at 45 degrees celcius for 24hrs to create rind
