Recipe's preparation
1. Add all the ingredients to the TM bowl.
2. Mix on speed 6 for 15 seconds.
3. Insert the Butterfly.
4. Cook for 10 minutes at 80 C on speed 3.
5. Place in a clean jar or small container and refridgerate.
Delicious on scones, as a topping for icecream, spread on a pizza base and top with fruit for a dessert pizza or as a sweet dip.

So yummy!! Made it last night & on to toast this morning! I had a whole bunch of mangoes Id sliced & frozen last week until I could do something with them. First recipe I tried was this! A little runnier than I thought it might be after being in the fridge over night, but still spreadable consistency. Perhaps the frozen mangoes was the issue. Either way delicious!
