- 1. Add egg, sugar and mustard powder to "Closed lid" , mix 10 secs / speed 4
2. Add vinegar and silverside water to "Closed lid" , cook 5 mins / 95 degrees / speed 3.

Tip
This recipe makes a small cup of fairly runny mustard sauce. To double the recipe increase the cooking time to
6 1/2 minutes.
