4 cloves garlic
240 gram olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 --- head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

Place all ingredients in TM bowl and blend for 40sec on speed 7 or until smooth.

If mixture is too thick add water.
