Goat Cheese

  • 250 grams Goat Cheese
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 sprigs shallots
  • 8 sprigs Flat leaf Parsley
  • 125 grams Goat Yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

    Parsley & Goat Cheese Dip / Spread
  1. 1. Place glarlic, parsley and shallots in mixing bowl

    2. Chop 3 sec / speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula

    3. Add cheese and yoghurt and mix 40 sec / speed 4. Check it has mixed to a consistency you are happy with. Add Salt and Pepper to taste and repeat if necessary.

     

  2. As Goat Yoghurt and Cheese maybe  'heavy' in taste, squeeze some lemon or lime juice to bring the flavors out.
