- 1 clove garlic
- 20 g fresh parsley
- 130 g raw cashews
- 50 g Evoo
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Recipe is created for
Add all ingredients to the bowl, season with S&P, lock the lid, turbo 5-10secs (about 4 pulses). Keep an eye on it as it happens quick!
Can be stirred through pasta or easily doubled to serve more.
