  • 2 tablespoon Passionfruit Pulp Syrup
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 110 grams caster sugar
  • 80 grams Butter
  • 2 egg whites

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly. Place all ingredients into the thermomix bowl and cook for 8 minutes on 80c speed 3.

  2. Place in sterilized jars and allow to cool down until thickened.
