Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into bowl and chop 2-3 seconds speed 5. Scrape down the sides checking for even consistency, if all ok place into ricotta basic to strain, cover with baking paper and then place something heavy on the top (ie.g oil tin) let this sit for 1 hour and then press out the remaining liquid with your spatula. Reserve this liquid. Place the prickle pruk mixture in ta glass jar and add 1 tbsp oil mix through with spoon. This will last weeks in the fridge. Use it as a dip with white bread, marinade or hamburger salad. The recipe can be doubled. The reserved liquid can be added to your bread dough to make a great tasting flavoured orange bread or bread rolls

    Hi yes I strain it in an old Ricotta Basket usually put some baking paper over the top and a heavy weight on top of it
