Ingredients

  • 250 g pitted prunes
  • 90 g water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place prunes into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula

  2. Add water and lemon juice and cook 4 min/100°C/speed 1.

  3. Allow to cool for 20 minutes then transfer jam into a sealable storage jar and allow to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, place jar into refrigerator to store until needed.
