Recipe's preparation
- Melt butter 2 mins/100/speed 2.
- Add all remaining ingredients. Flour, milk, cheese and chicken stock powder. Cook 10 mins/90/speed 4.

Tip
Easy Lasagne sauce, Corn meat sauce, Perfect over pasta or seafood dishes.
Just add 3 tablespoons of mayonise to sauce, chicken, bacon etc. for a Vol au Vent mixture.
