Ingredients

  • 250g cream
  • 30g Butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g brandy, (rum can be substituted)

Recipe's preparation

    Custard
  1. Place all ingredient into the TM bowl and cook for 7 Minutes at 90'c on Speed 4.

Tip

Serve either hot or chilled over pudding, christmas mince pies or on its own!

If you want your custard a bit thicker add a tablespoon of cornflour.

    Very quick, easy and yummy.  I wouldnt call it a custard though.  It doesnt thicken at all without the cornflower, so I would recommend it added if you dont want it runny.

    The taste is great but the custard is to thin.  Add 1 tablespoon of cornflower and that thickens the custard.
