If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place garlic into TM bowl & chop 3 secs/speed 7 with MC on lid, scrape down sides of the bowl.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix 20 secs/speed 6 with MC on lid, for smoother dip add 10 secs longer speed 6.
3. Place into bowl & enjoy with crackers/corn chips.
4. Or in the fridge to chill before serving.

Lovely and easy of course.
Lovely and easy of course. It needs lots of salt and pepper, an additional 25g lemon juice and another clove of garlic. Even after that a very mellow taste.
