      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Red Bean Paste
  1. Red bean with water cooked till tender.

     

    Drained red bean and put into mixing bowl.

     

    Put sugar/butter/condensed milk in, 60 min/Varoma/speed 1/simmering basket.

remaining red bean water is good to drink with or without sugar.
