Ingredients

  • 150 g rocket leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g Roasted Cashews
  • 120 g olive oil
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon agave or honey
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop garlic and cheese on speed 9 for 8-10 secs. Add other ingredients and pulse on turbo a few times, scrape down sides, and pulse on turbo till you get your desired consistency

Tip

For variations, combine herbs and rocket e.g. parsley, coriander or basil
