Satay sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons desicated coconut
- 100 ml boiling water
- 1 lime
- 1 red chilli, (Depending on taste)
- 1 bunch coriander
- Handful of cashews
- 1 clove garlic
- 125 grams crunchy peanut butter
- 10 grams soy sauce
- 20 grams brown sugar

Recipe's preparation
- Place coconut in a jug with boiling water and leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
Place lime zest, chilli, garlic, coriander and cashews in TM bowl and chop 3 sec, speed 7. Scrape down and repeat if needed to ensure all chopped.
Strain the liquid from the coconut and reserve the liquid.
Add to the TM bowl the peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and reserved liquid.
Blend speed 5 for 5 sec.
