- 1 onion medium, cut in half

- 60 g Worcestershire sauce
- 10 g soy sauce
- 80 g brown sugar

Add onion and garlic 3 seconds speed 9
add oil/butter 5 mins 100* speed 3
add all other ingredients and mix 5 seconds speed 3
once mixed 10 mins 100*
We have this over steak and spaghetti also great with snags.
You can make it sweeter by adding more brown sugar.
