  • 120 grams tomato sauce
  • 20 grams Worcestershire sauce
  • 40 grams lemon juice
  • 40 grams dry sherry
  • 70 grams cream
  • salt to taste

Recipe's preparation

    seafood cocktail sauce
  1. Insert butterfly.

    Add ingredients to the TM bowl in order given.

    20 seconds, speed 3-4.

    Chill till ready to use.

Tip

Serve with prawn cocktail or dip freshly peeled prawns into sauce.

    I made this for the first time today as I forgot to get seafood sauce for the prawns on Christmas Day. That is honestly the best I have ever tasted. My mum is here visiting and doesn't like seafood, I gave her a taste test of the sauce, and she said she is eating prawns just for the sauce.

    I did substitute the sherry for vermouth, as I had no sherry and I added some paprika.

    absolute winner!
