Spinach Dip

  • 250 grams full fat cream cheese
  • 2 spring onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 grams Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1/2 red or green capsicum, large pieces

Recipe's preparation

    Spinach Dip
  1. 1. Place Spinach, Capsicum, Garlic and Onion in bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5

    2. Use spatula to cut cream cheese into chunks and add to bowl, then combine all ingredients 20 sec/speed 5.  

    3. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.

Tip

Green capsicum gives a better green colour, red capsicum dulls colour a little.

Water in capsicum thins the dip. If you prefer it thick increase cream cheese.

2 onions gives it a nice bite, use 1 if you prefer milder taste.

Can also be used as a sauce for vegetables.
