Tip

Roasted pine nuts add some extra flavour but raw pine nuts work fine as well.

If you want to add some texture, place extra pine nuts (about 20-30 grams) into the jug and process for 2-3 seconds on speed 7.

Easy and delicious. I used a mixture of fresh spinach and silverbeet. Great as a dip but I'm going to do a pasta with it tonight.

Delicious. So simple to make I only used a couple of handfuls of spinach rather than a bunch but it made the perfect amount for a BBQ I was attending!
