Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add garlic, pine nuts, salt, chilli (if using) and olive oil and mix for 4 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down sides. Mix for 3 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down sides.
- Add baby spinach, parsley and basil and pulse on turbo until desired consistency is reached. This is usually a total of about 6-8 seconds altogether for me and I scrape down the sides after each couple of pulses.
- Oli can be added on top of any leftovers once in a container, this helps preserve the vibrant green colour, but isn't otherwise necessary. Store in the fridge.
