      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Roast Vegetables
  1. Preheat oven to 180* and line a baking dish with baking paper.

  2. Cut Sweet Potato and Beetroot roughly. Place on baking tray. Add garlic and toss in coconut oil. Cover with foil and roast for 45 mins.

  3. Once vegetables are soft, allow to cool slightly.

  4. Hommus
  5. Add all remaining ingredients and mix 6sec/Sp5

  6. Scrape down sides and repeat 6sec/Sp5

  7. Spoon into serving dish and garnish with fresh Basil

Tip

You could steam Sweet potatoes and beetroot in varoma 16min/Varoma/Sp4, I just prefer the flavour of roasted.
