- 200 g palm sugar chopped
- 60 g water
- 3 teaspoons sea salt
- 3 small chillies, deseeded
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe is created for
Place plam sugar and chillies in TM bowl and chop for 15 seconds on speed 8
Add water, and heat for 3 minutes at 90 degrees, speed 2, until sugar is dissloved
Add butterfly, salt and lemon juice and whisk for 15 seconds on speed 3
Cool and serve with fresh, crisp apple slices
