Thai Green Curry Paste

Ingredients

500 g

Paste

  • 8 Green Chillies, Quartered, with seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin, Ground
  • 1 tbsp Corriander Seeds, Ground
  • 4 sprigs lemongrass, Quartered
  • 15 cloves garlic
  • 4 cm ginger, Peeled
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper, Ground
  • 1 lime, Zest and Juice
  • 1 tbsp Corriander Paste

Recipe's preparation

    Paste
  1. Add all ingredients to TM Bowl, then blend for 2 minutes at Speed 9 or until ingredients resemble a paste

Tip

You can easily increase (or decrease) the heat by either removing the seed or adding/removing chillies
