The best garlic mayo
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 2tps Dijon mustard
- 2tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1tsp salt
- 250g flavourless oil, (use more oil for a thicker consistency)

Recipe's preparation
- Place garlic in mixing bowl. Blitz 1 sec / speed 7. Scrape sides of bowl. Repeat until garlic is blitzed to your liking.
- Add egg, mustard, vinegar, and salt. Cook 4mins / 37 deg / sp4.
- Cook 3mins / 37 deg / speed 4. Slowly pour oil onto lid (with measuring cup in place) so that it trickles into bowl.
